Dana's No Bake Cheesecake (Low-Fat)
8 oz package Fat Free Cream Cheese (room temperature)
8 oz fat free Sour Cream
8 oz low fat Cool Whip
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Fresh Fruit for Topping (optional)
With electric mixer, mix Cream Cheese and sugar until blended. Add Sour Cream and Vanilla Flavoring. Add Cool Whip last and blend well. Transfer to pie crust and form pie.
Pie should sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm. Top with your favorite fruit like sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries or raspberries.
If you want a St. Patty's Day Cheesecake, just add a little Green Food Coloring to the mixture before forming the pie and top with kiwi. Your little leprechauns will love it!
